COWS MILK, GOAT MILK, OR SHEEPS MILK.  THESE CHEESES ARE SOLD BY THE GRAM.  THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO SELECT CHEESES, SUCH AS:  BY THE SMELL, OR THE AGE OF THE CHEESE.  THE OLDER THE CHEESE, THE BETTER THE TASTE.  IT IS GOOD TO EAT AFTER DINNER OR AS AN APPETIZER WHEN YOU ARE THROWING A PARTY.  IF
YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE CHEESE PARTY, I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU SERVER THE MUNSTER.
